As a Territory Sales Leader, you will engage with high-volume food retailers, driving incremental sales and implementing best-in-class strategies. With your consultative approach, you'll analyze store data and create effective selling presentations to maximize sales opportunities. Your influence with key decision-makers will play a vital role in enhancing product distribution and promoting Hershey merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs)
• Prepare and analyze sales presentations and reports
• Use consultative selling techniques during retail calls
• Manage display strategies for effective merchandising
• Monitor and report on territory sales activities
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of sales experience in consumer goods
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Suite and iPad technology
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
