At Fairmont Vancouver Airport, you will assist in vital sales activities and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include client communications, managing inquiries, and supporting on-site sales inspections. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering, making it perfect for organized, detail-oriented candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service to clients via phone and email
• Qualify inquiries and manage communication flow
• Conduct site inspections in absence of Sales Manager
• Maintain comprehensive account details in Opera
• Prepare contracts, reports, and promotional materials
Requirements:
• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Post-secondary Diploma in Business or Hotel Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Opera systems desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
