As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage key account relationships, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations through tailored success plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop customer relationships for named accounts
• Accurately document account information in CRM systems
• Leverage customer data to manage deal progress
• Develop strategies aligned with customer goals
• Communicate opportunities for product enhancements
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in SaaS or financial tech
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or relevant field
• Experience interacting with C-Suite executives
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Proven ability to meet sales revenue targets
