Join Certified Power Solutions as a Municipal DOT Sales Manager. Lead sales initiatives in your territory while developing strong customer relationships and expanding business.
This position entails managing an existing customer base while seeking new opportunities through direct sales interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth account analyses, promoting product lines, and collaborating with internal teams for enhanced service delivery. Successful candidates will possess strong consultative sales skills and a keen understanding of customer needs in the fluid power industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage face-to-face sales at customer locations
• Conduct account research and identify sales opportunities
• Foster relationships to drive system sales
• Close sales effectively with competitive analysis
• Provide technical support and resolution for clients
Requirements:
• Solid background in outside sales
• Familiarity with data reporting and analysis
• Proficient in Salesforce® or equivalent CRM
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Engineering or fluid power experience required
