As a Business Growth & Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement and sales activity, helping drive campaign performance while gaining first-hand exposure to how businesses grow. What You'll Be Involved InEvery campaign is different, but your role will centre around helping clients grow their customer base through direct engagement and sales activity.
You'll spend your time:
- Speaking directly with customers and creating positive first impressions on behalf of client brands
- Learning how to identify customer needs and confidently present suitable products, services, and promotional offers
- Developing sales techniques that focus on relationship-building rather than high-pressure selling
- Contributing to customer acquisition goals and overall campaign performance
- Working alongside experienced sales professionals to understand how growth strategies are implemented in real-world environments
- Tracking performance, setting personal goals, and continuously developing your commercial awareness
- Taking part in ongoing coaching sessions focused on communication, leadership, sales performance, and business development
