As part of Atlassian’s team, you’ll manage a portfolio of 40 accounts in the Mid Market segment. Your responsibilities will include leading the entire sales cycle, nurturing decision-maker relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning. Collaboration with internal teams and Channel Partners will be essential to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 40 accounts focusing on growth and expansion
• Lead all sales cycle stages from prospecting to closing
• Develop and implement strategic account plans
• Cultivate executive-level relationships across business groups
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant quota-carrying sales experience
• 2+ years in SaaS sales initiatives
• Proven track record in building stakeholder relationships
• Experience in solution-based selling tactics
• Proficient in CRM utilization for performance metrics
