In your role as Catering Sales Manager, you will work closely with clients, culinary teams, and event staff to create unforgettable dining experiences. Your expertise in sales will be instrumental in developing revenue strategies and ensuring that all events exceed guest expectations. Focus on both nurturing existing business and building new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary liaison for client communications
• Plan and design tailored catering functions
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new business
• Maintain accurate records of sponsor ships and agreements
• Assist in menu planning with culinary teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5–7 years of catering sales experience in management
• Experience with venue operations exceeding $5M
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage management
• Must be tech-savvy with proficiency in Office programs
