Martket Branding is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to join our branded merchandise division. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vancouver, supporting clients across North America. While preference is given to candidates in the Vancouver area, we will consider strong applicants from other locations. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts with a focus on creative product solutions, custom design, and sustainable branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the promotional products market
- Understand client needs and provide customized product recommendations and solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product samples to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and industry activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the CRM system (commonsku)
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of promotional products and the customization process is an asset
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with commonsku is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with B2B sales and managing large client accounts is preferred
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the promotional products industry is an asset
- Competitive compensation package based on experience
- Full-time, salary + commission
- 2 weeks paid vacation, plus paid personal time off while office is closed between Christmas and New Year's
