Position: Sales-Focused Inside Wholesaler Role
Join RBC Insurance in Vancouver as an Inside Wholesaler, focusing on individual insurance sales. Foster relationships with brokers while enhancing their product knowledge and sales performance.

As an Inside Wholesaler, you will spearhead efforts to maintain and enhance broker relationships, executing a strategic business plan that aligns with sales targets. You will work closely with Sales Consultants, offering product solutions and marketing insights that support the sales process.

Your role includes establishing a follow-up strategy to engage new brokers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality broker relationships

• Partner with Sales Consultant in strategic planning

• Offer product training and insights to brokers

• Schedule meetings to advance sales opportunities

• Track metrics and maintain contact management

Requirements:

• LLQP Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain

• Relevant post-secondary education background

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle

• History of exceeding sales targets desirable
