This role requires an individual with over 8 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations. As a builder and strategist, you will optimize our GTM tech stack and ensure effective sales workflows are in place. You will empower teams to leverage tools that enhance productivity and drive measurable business impact by embedding critical capabilities into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the GTM tools strategy
• Drive adoption and improve tool usage across teams
• Create certification programs for sales proficiency
• Collaborate to implement AI-driven selling solutions
• Produce insights and reports on tool effectiveness
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Operations
• Experience with technology adoption and behavioral change
• Strong familiarity with GTM tech stacks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred
