Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct root cause analysis for sales training needs
• Implement and evaluate sales onboarding and training programs
• Design learning tools for multiple delivery platforms
• Oversee scheduling and logistics for learning solutions
• Maintain training materials and resources
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in sales training or development roles
• Experience with adult learning and coaching preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Project management expertise and strong influencing skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (10%)
