Join our Vancouver team as a GTM Lead dedicated to building scalable revenue systems. Focus on product-led growth and drive enterprise advancements in a hybrid work setting.
In this cross-functional position, you will own the end-to-end revenue process, leveraging your experience in B2B SaaS to establish a strong product-qualified lead framework. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on conversion, retention, and overall revenue strategies. Your ability to influence stakeholders and execute independently will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage conversion and retention strategies cohesively
• Create product-qualified lead scoring logic
• Develop enterprise pricing and packaging frameworks
• Implement lifecycle playbooks for enhanced subscriber retention
• Utilize Hub Spot for measurable revenue operations
Requirements:
• 4-7 years in B2B SaaS or similar environments
• Proven track record in driving revenue or conversion success
• Expertise in both self-serve and enterprise models
• Experience diagramming PQL scoring systems
• Ready to engage hands-on in initial project phases
