Account Manager (New Accounts & Activation)
Beautifi is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive conversion of new prospects into active accounts and promote program adoption.
French-speaking preferred but not required.

Prospect Discovery & Account Onboarding- Lead discovery calls with clinic partners to understand motivations, identify key decision makers, assess current setup, and record insights for onboarding.
- Set clear next steps, collect required documentation for account approval and activation.
- Present Beautifi’s programs and recommend the best‑fit option for each clinic based on needs, goals, and operational setup.
- Deliver demos and provide training on tools, processes, and talk tracks to ensure confidence and preparedness.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships, serving as a key point of contact alongside the BD team.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and training refreshers to ensure partners are positioned for success.
- Address immediate partner needs and inquiries promptly, ensuring clear documentation in the CRM.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
- Support the implementation of promotional materials, custom assets, and partner enablement tools.
- Manage expectations and communicate progress updates clearly with stakeholders.
- Attend conferences, events, or trade shows as needed to support relationship building and program exposure.
- Maintain complete and accurate account records in Salesforce.
- Audit accounts regularly to ensure data integrity and flag opportunities for cleanup.
- Coordinate timely updates when fundings occur, ensuring BDMs are set up to follow up.
- Support time‑sensitive needs such as rushed EFTs or funding requests.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, partner resources, and training tools.
- Track usage and effectiveness of marketing materials and surface insights to improve adoption.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive offerings; share insights with teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, account management or B2B sales (preferably in aesthetics/elective medical procedures, loan financing, or BNPL).
- English required; bilingual English/French at C1 level is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving startup environment.
- Client‑focused with commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Results‑driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideal applicants will be located within the Greater Vancouver Area. The Beautifi office is located in Downtown Vancouver.
