Transform sales processes at Moment Energy as a Sales Operations Coordinator. Collaborate directly with the Business Development team to enhance sales pipeline management and CRM effectiveness.
In this engaging position, you will support various teams by managing our CRM system, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating the flow of key opportunities. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to improving sales strategies through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM systems to track sales opportunities
• Support Account Managers in updating deal stages
• Develop guides for effective CRM usage and training
• Monitor pipeline health and generate performance reports
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area preferred
• Experience with CRM management (Salesforce, Hub Spot)
• Analytical skills to provide business insights
• Strong organizational ability with a detail-focused mindset
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector
