Sysco, a premier player in food service distribution, is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager with a strong background in corporate training. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating sales training programs that empower our sales staff. Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and leverage innovative training methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess sales training needs and develop tailored programs
• Create learning materials across various formats
• Evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Support the development of content for learning management systems
• Enhance prospecting skills to increase market share
Requirements:
• 3+ years in sales training or enablement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; certifications in learning an asset
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong project management and relationship-building abilities
• Must travel within the region (10%)
