Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multi-territory sales team of 9-10 representatives
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
• Execute strategies to expand the customer base
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Identify market opportunities for sustainable growth
Requirements:
• 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales management
• 5+ years of outside territory sales experience
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Proficient in MS Office with strong time management
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
