Sales Development Representative

Position: Sales Development Representative Role
Empower Canadian entrepreneurs as a Sales Representative at Chit Chats Express. Your mission will focus on identifying leads and converting them into satisfied shipping clients.

In this critical role, you report to the Sales Manager – Business Development. You will identify new business opportunities and conduct calls to understand client needs within the shipping landscape. Additionally, you’ll prepare detailed proposals and work collaboratively with various internal teams, ensuring clients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and follow up on new client leads

• Conduct calls to understand client shipping profiles

• Qualify opportunities based on fit and compliance

• Prepare pricing comparisons and client-tailored proposals

• Maintain records of outreach and client communications

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• 1–3+ years in sales, account management, or business development

• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Good organizational skills for managing multiple clients

• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
