NOTE:
This is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site position in downtown Vancouver.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our financial solutions, handle objections, and pre‑close deals efficiently.
- Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle by creating urgency, reinforcing value, and proactively following up to secure commitments.
- Conduct outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no cold calling).
- Qualify customers, verify employment and credit status.
- Listen and identify the customer’s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
- Collect, organize, and deliver all relevant customer information and documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre‑approval process.
- Actively listen to customers and drive satisfaction through solution‑based relationships.
- Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial’s programs and educate clients on the best use of such programs.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset.
- Prior call center experience a plus, but not required.
- Results‑oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates.
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:
- Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
- Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 6–8 months, though some have reached it in as little as 3–4 months).
- Level 3: $110,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics and 1+ year of tenure.
- Level 1: $52,500 – $65,000
- Level 2: $67,500 – $90,000
- Level 3: $110,000 – $130,000 (for top performers consistently excelling month over month).
