Become a Vacation Consultant with Armstrong Collective, specializing in delivering unforgettable Rocky Mountaineer experiences. Drive sales through inbound and outbound opportunities while providing exceptional guest service.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Sales, this role requires 2 years of sales or guest service experience. You will promote Rocky Mountaineer vacation packages, tailoring interactions to guests' needs and maximizing conversion rates. Your ability to build strong relationships with travel partners is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell vacation experiences effectively
• Handle incoming and outbound sales calls professionally
• Apply sales processes to enhance conversion and upselling
• Build relationships with travel partners and guests
• Resolve issues proactively to improve customer experience
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent required
• Travel insurance certification within six months
• 2 years’ experience in sales or guest service
• Prior tourism or hospitality experience an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
