In this pivotal role, you'll oversee business development activities across the Western Canada region while engaging with major clients and implementing ALS strategic initiatives. You will lead the team, ensuring revenue targets are met and maintain relationships that foster long-term growth opportunities. Collaboration with industry associations and proactive engagement with clients will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify major client opportunities throughout the region
• Manage relationships with strategic accounts and key clients
• Lead and coordinate team activities to maximize results
• Pursue opportunities to align services with ALS strategy
• Represent ALS at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred
• Minimum 7 years of business development experience
• Proven supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
