Reporting to the VP of Hotel Operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized service that meets the luxury standards of our hotels, Loden and Arden, both located in downtown Vancouver. Your responsibilities will include prospecting leads, coordinating events, and crafting sales presentations to showcase our exceptional offerings in the vibrant hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate leads through networking and research
• Serve as primary contact for clients via phone and email
• Create impactful sales presentations highlighting hotel amenities
• Conduct site visits for prospective clients
• Identify revenue-maximizing opportunities through upselling
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or sales
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
