Director of Food Service Growth Strategy

Lead the integration of Yen Bros Food Service as the Director of Food Service. Drive commercial strategy, expand territories, and develop sales in Vancouver and beyond.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Food Service division, shaping strategic growth across Vancouver Island and adjacent markets. Your focus will be on building a scalable platform while leading sales teams towards revenue growth through new market penetration and existing customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Food Service growth strategy

• Identify and pursue expansion into new geographic territories

• Lead integration of Yen Bros Food Service and Islands West Produce

• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic customers

• Drive consistent execution of sales plans across locations

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years in Food Service distribution leadership

• Proven sales growth and team-building experience

• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and customer segmentation

• Experience in transformational leadership is preferred

• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
