In this position, you will drive lead generation with a focus on building relationships. Daily tasks include making numerous sales calls and emails, managing the CRM database, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research businesses for prospective services
• Conduct 80-100 sales calls and emails daily
• Set qualified appointments for the external sales team
• Maintain and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM database
• Generate weekly or monthly performance reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound calling
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills required
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
