At CONNECT Partners, we believe great support depends on great coordination. We're looking for a Scheduling & Workforce Coordinator to help ensure our teams are supported, our schedules run smoothly, and the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on workforce scheduling, staffing coordination and day-to-day operational support. You'll work closely with leaders and coaches to respond to changing staffing needs, communicate clearly, and help create a reliable, well-organized workplace.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and respond to day-to-day scheduling changes.
  • Communicate staffing updates clearly and promptly with coaches and leaders.
  • Support staffing coverage by responding to unplanned absences and changing operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling information and workforce records.
  • Support workforce coordination and administrative processes.
  • Build strong relationships with coaches and leaders to support smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Has experience in workforce scheduling, staffing coordination or a similar operational role.
  • Has experience working in healthcare, community services or another 24/7 service environment.
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships.
  • Remains calm, resourceful and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Is confident using scheduling and workforce management systems.
  • Shares our commitment to teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and scheduling platforms (experience with ADP is an asset).
Requirements
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable sector)
  • First Aid with CPR
  • Self‑declaration of Immunization Status
Why Join CONNECT Partners?

You'll join a collaborative team that believes leadership exists at every level. We value kindness, learning, accountability and continuous improvement, and we're committed to creating a workplace where people can do meaningful work and continue to grow.

If you're passionate about helping great teams stay connected and organized while supporting meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.
