Lead the Industrial/OEM sales team in the GTA-SWO area as an Industrial Sales Manager. Drive sales growth, mentor a high-performing team, and optimize customer relationships for success.
We are looking for a seasoned Industrial/OEM Sales Manager with at least ten years of sales leadership experience. This role requires a disciplined approach to coaching and ensuring goals are met through effective team management. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to analyze market trends will be key in driving sales culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the OEM sales budget in your territory
• Drive sales culture and market share growth
• Ensure profitable sales growth through strategic planning
• Recruit and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Build strong relationships with key customer accounts
Requirements:
• 10+ years in sales leadership and coaching
• Strong experience in Sales Operations and Vendor Relations
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Post-secondary education in an Electrical discipline
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
