• Foster genuine connections and educate customers on products
• Analyze reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain effective sales floor coverage and workforce solutions
• Process shipments and ensure visual merchandising excellence
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Passionate about customer service and experiences
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Open availability required, including holidays
