Business Development

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development team member to join a travel agency in Vancouver, British Columbia on a contract basis for 4 to 6 weeks. This on-site role focuses on building relationships with Canadian businesses, promoting seasonal hiring solutions, and supporting sales activity during a high-volume period. The successful candidate will bring confidence in outbound outreach, strong communication skills, and a practical approach to identifying and coordinating business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce the company’s services and generate new opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with organizations that may require seasonal staffing or travel-related workforce solutions.

• Match client needs with appropriate service offerings and help coordinate suitable business connections.

• Support sales efforts during a busy operational period by keeping outreach activity organized and consistent.

• Explain service options clearly to decision-makers across a range of Canadian businesses.

• Track interactions, follow-ups, and business development progress using internal tools and systems.

• Work closely with the on-site team to align outreach efforts with current priorities and client demand.
