As the Proposals Manager, you will conduct SWOT analyses, strategize responses, and supervise proposal development to ensure alignment with client needs. This role requires you to engage with various experts to craft compelling proposals that stand out in competitive bid situations. Your leadership will guide your team in producing high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed winning proposal strategies and responses

• Organize proposal phases and ensure compliance checks

• Collaborate to identify innovative solutions for clients

• Manage proposal development and submission processes

• Prepare and update proposal-related sales collateral

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant skill set

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Project Management

• Background in proposal management within consulting firms

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe tools

• Strong command of English;
Spanish proficiency is a plus
