Join the RBC Advisor Channel Sales team as a Business Development Associate and utilize your sales skills to cultivate relationships with Investment Advisors. Engage in pre- and post-sales support to foster a strong pipeline for investment solutions.
As a Business Development Associate, you'll partner with District Vice-Presidents and Business Development Managers to achieve territory sales goals. Your bilingual ability in English and French will facilitate client interactions across Canada. In this full-time role, you will analyze sales data, lead promotional campaigns, and provide exceptional service to Investment Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Position RBC GAM’s value to secure meetings
• Build relationships with Investment Advisors
• Act as subject matter expert in Sales Practices
• Lead promotional campaigns and events
• Identify and manage the territory opportunity pipeline
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course
• Previous client-facing sales experience
• Interest in capital markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM
