Join Stryker as an Acute Care Sales Specialist, focusing on building strong customer relationships in hospitals. Your consultative sales skills will drive product adoption and sales growth.
As a critical member of our sales team, you will target clinical staff and key decision makers to promote our Acute Care portfolio, which includes hospital beds and patient room furniture. This is an opportunity to utilize your sales expertise, strategize effectively, and achieve targets while delivering excellent post-sale service and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clinical staff and key decision-makers
• Develop and implement business growth plans
• Analyze territory performance and strategize
• Create forecasts for sales goals and objectives
• Maintain detailed customer records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales or clinical experience
• Preferred experience in medical device or capital equipment sales
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Valid driver's license required for travel
