Sales Manager - Women's Fashion

Drive sales as a Sales Manager in Women's Fashion in Vancouver, BC. Own the seasonal sales plan, grow accounts, and lead trade show representation for our premium brands.

Our company, an international clothing distributor, is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager for our women's line. This full-time role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple selling seasons and inspire the sales rep team. You will report directly to the Managing Director while focusing on customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts

• Sell at trade shows throughout Canada and the US

• Own seasonal sales strategy and achieve booking targets

• Collaborate with the Brand Assistant for line administration

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee order processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion sales

• Proven ability to motivate sales teams

• Comfortable with administrative tasks and various platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to travel for trade shows
