Are you a natural people-person who loves meeting new people and building relationships?

We’re looking for a confident, outgoing Community Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.

This is a people-focused, performance-driven sales role with an hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses.

• Represent Merry Maids professionally in the community.
• Connect with potential customers and introduce them to our services.
• Generate new customer opportunities and appointments.
• Build relationships and follow up with prospects.
• Focus on developing long-term recurring customers.
• Track conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using our sales tools.
• Work independently while being supported by our management team.

• Is outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with people.
• Enjoys meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Is comfortable approaching new people and handling rejection.
• Is self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented.
• Is persistent and great at following up.
• Is organized and reliable.
• Enjoys working independently and being out in the community.

Have you ever built your own customer base?

We especially encourage applications from people with experience in direct sales, relationship-based sales, or running their own sales territory, including Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, real estate, fundraising, door-to-door sales, or similar businesses.

Hourly wage + performance-based bonuses
