Lead the critical integration of Yen Bros Food Service and Islands West Produce as the Director of Food Service. Drive sales growth and operational efficiencies across Vancouver and new territories.

This strategic leadership role focuses on unifying operations between two significant divisions, aimed at optimizing customer experiences and driving revenue. You'll be responsible for establishing sales targets and leading a dedicated team towards achieving both short- and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive Food Service growth strategy

• Lead the integration of sales organizations for synergy

• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and pricing strategies

• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during integrations

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years in a leadership role within Food Service

• Strong ability to drive profitable sales growth

• Expertise in pricing strategies and customer segmentation

• Proven experience managing significant change
