Sales Representative

Domrex Pharma is a rapidly growing company specializing in medical devices. As both a manufacturer and distributor, we stand out for our agility, optimized supply chain management, and personalized service for healthcare professionals.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in the Canadian medical aesthetic and pharmacy market. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled at identifying and seizing opportunities, and highly driven to succeed.
Responsibilities- Sales Development & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new clients within the assigned territory (field visits).
- Present products and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with clients, becoming their main point of contact and trusted resource.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales
- Negotiate and convert prospects into clients by strategically demonstrating the value of our solutions.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up on opportunities until closing the sale.
- Provide personalized service and proactive support to establish long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Adaptation
- Monitor competitors and identify emerging market trends.
- Share relevant insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (B2B sales in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is an asset).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google software (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Strong ability to develop business and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to propose market-driven solutions.
- Quick learner, comfortable with software and products.
- Experience with CRM software is an asset.
- Knowledge and ease with social media – experience using professional platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with clients, build relationships, and promote products.
- Autonomy, initiative, rigor, and motivation to perform.
- Knowledge of the medical aesthetics market and/or specialized medical products is an asset.
- Permanent full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Base salary with an uncapped commission plan .
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
