Local Sales Representative

We are looking for a natural closer and confident sales representative that will grow our direct sales and team in Vancouver.

• Lead research & generation
• Cold-calling / cold-emailing
• Building & presenting custom campaign proposals for small and medium size businesses in Vancouver and its surrounding areas
• Client relationship building & management
• Regular follow-ups with existing clients
• Contact and maintain relationships with local businesses
• Growing revenue while keeping expenses
• Find and develop proactively new sales opportunities for our different sections and activities
• Hire & manage sales reps and follow-up with weekly reports

• Post-secondary degree in sales or marketing
• Minimum 2 years digital media experience
• Experience with online advertising, mobile and social
• Experience with advertorials and native advertising
• Solid prospecting & sales skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with publisher business models: ad-serving technologies, network partnerships, display, mobile, video, and social
• High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
