We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional to join our team as an Investor Engagement Associate.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that combines research, relationship management, event coordination, CRM/database management, and investor outreach. You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our investor database while supporting our conferences and investor engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable communicating with executives and investors, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage our investor CRM/database
- Conduct market, industry, and investor research
- Identify and source new investor contacts and opportunities
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and organization
- Use internal and external resources/databases to source and update investor contact information
- Send invitations (phone, email, Linked In) and manage outreach campaigns for conferences and events
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and industry professionals
- Support networking and business development efforts at conferences and events
- Assist with attendee coordination and event logistics
- Track engagement activity and maintain communication records
Collaborate with internal teams on conference planning and investor engagement initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
- Positive attitude with strong people skills and an easy-to-work-with personality
- Professional, energetic, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and database management
- Ability to conduct online research and synthesize information effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and business events
- Experience with Investor Relations and/or Capital Markets is an asset
- Background in customer service & experience, investor relations, capital markets, events, business development, sales, marketing, or finance
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Interest in financial markets and public companies
- Strong Linked In network/exposure is an asset
