The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated

Sales Representative / Territory Managerto join our BC team. Based inthe Vancouver/Fraser Valley area, you will manage a defined territory, working across both on-premise and retail channels. This is a dynamic role for a wine professional who thrives in relationship-building, consultative selling, and achieving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory, focusing on premium restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and maximize the potential of existing accounts
  • Achieve sales targets and execute promotional programs to drive brand visibility and sell-through
  • Provide staff training and in-store tastings to educate customers on our portfolio
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account plans, and reporting
  • Stay informed on wine industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities
  • Represent The Wine Syndicate at trade events, tastings, and industry functions
REQUIREMENTS

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in wine, beverage alcohol, or hospitality
  • WSET Level 3certification (preferred) or equivalent wine knowledge
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
