Key Responsibilities:

• Implement service excellence initiatives with service leaders
• Monitor sales performance and forecast trends
Requirements:
• 10+ years in ticket sales or related fields
• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams
• Strong knowledge of ticketing strategy and pricing
• Proficient with CRM and ticketing systems
• Proven ability to cultivate corporate customer relationships
