Senior Surgical​/Medical Sales

Base pay range: CA$/yr - CA$/yr

Moreau Grant Consulting Inc. provides a dynamic and experienced surgical/medical sales representative role covering specialty hospitals in British Columbia.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• With marketing, develop innovative programs specific to the regional customer base to drive positive growth.
• Analyze sales figures and reports to identify needs of accounts and discuss issues with the National Business Manager to achieve annual sales goals.
• Observe procedures in hospital surgical rooms and cardiac catheterization rooms to gain insight into physician and clinical staff nuances.
• Respond to customer needs and questions by developing creative solutions or working with personnel to create optimal solutions.
• Educate customers on merits and proper clinical use of products via presentations and demonstrations to secure purchasing commitments.
• Communicate and interact across all levels within a healthcare facility (e.g., Surgeons, OR staff, procurement, executive leadership).
• Build impactful relationships with regional SSOs, Health Authorities, and GPOs.

• 5+ years of consistent quota achievement/top performance in Surgical Sales (preferred) or Medical Sales.
• Competitive focus on achieving goals.
• A valid Canadian Driver's license.
