Territory Manager – West

This is a full-time, field-based role for a Territory Manager - West (Greater Vancouver Area). The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base within the lawn & garden retail channel, while actively developing new business opportunities within the region.

This role requires regular travel for in-person customer visits, relationship-building, and sales development. In addition to field sales, the role includes a strong inside sales component, with ongoing customer communication through phone and email, as well as consistent follow-up to support account growth and ensure a high level of service. The Territory Manager will work closely with independent garden centres and retail partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term relationships.

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management
• Background in lawn & garden, horticulture, or related industries preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
• Comfortable with frequent travel within the territory
