In this role, you will provide senior technical leadership and oversight within ERM's Fisheries and Aquatics team. With a focus on mentoring and strategic direction, your expertise will shape fisheries programs that manage complex ecological challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory standards while advocating for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of aquatic field programs
• Lead environmental assessments and permitting documents
• Provide senior technical review of fisheries data
• Develop proposals and manage project tasks
• Mentor junior staff for future growth
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Fisheries Biology or Natural Resource Management
• Minimum of 6 years in environmental consulting
• Field experience in fish and habitat assessments
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations
• Excellent communication skills and independent work capability
