Project Geologist at Coeur Mining

Take the lead as a Project Geologist with Coeur Mining in Northern British Columbia. This crucial role focuses on drilling and mapping in a two-week in/two-week out rotation.

As a pivotal member of the exploration team, you'll assist Senior Geologists in overseeing drilling programs at the Silvertip Project. This position requires commitment to solid work ethics, regular attendance, and punctuality. Your expertise in geological mapping and core sampling will drive project success while mentoring juniors and managing drillhole data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan drilling programs from start to finish

• Conduct geological mapping and sampling campaigns

• Mentor junior exploration team members effectively

• Ensure accurate core logging and timely sampling

• Present findings and progress to the Exploration Manager

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Geology or Geoscience

• Minimum five years in exploration, with specific deposit knowledge

• Experience in surface and underground drilling operations

• Proficient in Leapfrog Geo and MS Office

• Eligible for professional registration as a geologist
