This position serves as the regional lead for various multidisciplinary projects, from inception to execution. Your advanced expertise in erosion, sediment transport, and coastal morphology will drive successful outcomes, while your mentoring of junior staff will fortify team capabilities. Ensure quality through technical and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary geomorphology projects effectively
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Direct technical analyses for environmental projects
• Support nature-based designs and hazard mitigation
• Manage project costs, timelines, and goals
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Physical Geography or Earth Science
• Eligibility for Professional Geoscientist registration within 6 months
• At least 15 years of consulting experience
• Significant fluvial, coastal, and hillslope process knowledge
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
