WSP is seeking a skilled Principal Geomorphologist with leadership experience in fluvial and coastal geomorphology. You will oversee multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and develop client relationships while applying your advanced knowledge in erosion, sediment transport, and natural hazard mitigation. Your contributions will aid in river restoration and infrastructure design with a focus on sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary geomorphology projects from proposal to completion

• Strengthen client relationships through effective business development

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

• Offer technical direction for geoscience analyses

• Support project budgeting and scheduling for effective outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Geography or Earth Science

• Registered Professional Geoscientist or eligible in BC

• 15+ years of consulting experience

• Expertise in water resources and hydrotechnical projects

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
