As a vital member of the Diagnostics Team, you will leverage your physics background to maintain and enhance diagnostic systems for magnetized plasmas. Collaborating with external experts, you will own the ion Doppler spectroscopy system, delivering precise data while driving innovation in measurement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ion Doppler spectroscopy diagnostic systems for plasma analysis
• Design, operate, and troubleshoot spectroscopy measurement systems
• Enhance diagnostic capabilities through design innovations
• Develop and maintain effective data processing code
• Collaborate with external experts on diagnostic validation
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in physics or engineering physics
• Minimum 3 years of lab experience in experimental physics
• Expertise with optical systems and instrumentation design
• Proficient in programming with Python or MATLAB
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
