NPE is expanding and seeks a skilled Senior Environmental Biologist with a strong technical background. You will manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and foster client communication. This role combines fieldwork and office responsibilities while guiding junior staff and enhancing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines effectively

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure quality assurance

• Conduct fieldwork and environmental assessments independently

• Prepare and review environmental reports and permit applications

• Mentor junior staff and assist with business development efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years in environmental consulting projects

• Registered Professional Biologist (R.P.Bio.) or eligible for registration

• Strong report writing skills in environmental assessments

• 2+ years client-facing project management experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
