Silviculture Supervisor in British Columbia

This full-time and permanent role involves coordinating various silviculture projects, including reforestation and post-harvest sites. The ideal candidate is an accredited Silviculture Surveyor with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in SNAP! and Plant Wizard software is essential for data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of silviculture projects
• Supervise and mentor junior forestry staff
• Conduct silviculture surveys per provincial standards
• Utilize SNAP! and Plant Wizard for data collection
• Coordinate logistics and reporting across multiple projects
Requirements:
• Accreditation as a Silviculture Surveyor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in silviculture operations
• Proficient in SNAP! and Plant Wizard software
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Safety
Certifications:
Level 1 First Aid
