Key Responsibilities- Lead ecological practices through all project phases
- Optimize project delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Enhance project governance and performance metrics
- Mentor senior technical and project management staff
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- 15+ years in environmental consulting with a focus on ecology
- In-depth knowledge of BC and federal legislation
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary environments
- Experience with Indigenous community engagement
- Qualified designation or eligibility for registration
