Drive ecological projects as a Team Leader at SLR Consulting in British Columbia. Oversee a team while enhancing consulting services and fostering client relationships.
In this role, you'll leverage your 10+ years of experience in ecology and environmental consulting to manage multidisciplinary projects effectively. You will be responsible for coaching team members and ensuring their success while promoting SLR's values. Collaboratively address resource needs and contribute to strategic initiatives that boost the Practice’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team management and resourcing efforts
• Develop and implement training and development plans
• Coordinate various multidisciplinary projects
• Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance
• Cultivate key client relationships and support business development
Requirements:
• 10+ years in ecological consulting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Ecology or related fields
• Registration as a Professional Biologist preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven project coordination and management experience
