Gold as a Senior Geologist specializing in Resource Estimation based in Vancouver, Canada. This hybrid role focuses on developing high-quality mineral resource models while ensuring technical expertise supports exploration and project evaluations.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the Senior Geologist will collaborate across multiple departments, delivering critical geological insights for exploration, mine planning, and drill program strategy. Required expertise includes mineral resource estimation and geological modeling, combined with excellent analytical skills and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lithology and mineralization models for resource estimates

• Prepare and validate mineral resource estimates to industry standards

• Communicate risks and opportunities in geological models

• Coordinate geological work with exploration teams

• Contribute to internal and external technical reports and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology or related field

• 10 years of mining industry experience, 5+ in resource estimation

• Professional Geoscientist registration or eligibility

• Proficiency in industry-standard software

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
